What Is This About?

The masterclass will provide an overview on how to develop & enable a product or service in the digital space.

The class will highlight the important aspects and practices to successfully plan, develop and manage a Web or Mobile Application. We will explore the importance and development of an API and how an API interacts with applications.

Prior to an application going live, we explore the importance of Omnichannel Engagement and how to Protect and Defend against online fraudulent interactions.

Meet the Instructor

Tan Jia Cheng

JC Tan is an experienced technical consultant and system integrator who has worked in the Banking, Airline, Insurance and Telecommunication sectors across APAC. In enabling new products and solutions across ecosystems. JC has also collaborated with the prominent social media platform's within APAC to implement and localize solutions across markets. 

JC is skilled in understanding the operation's of enterprises and knows how to best fit product's and solutions into ecosystems not only from a technical perspective but also commercially, resolving both customers and end user pain points to ultimately bring value across any vertical.
