What Is This About?

Every business is all about people. You may have big dreams, aspirations, a goal in mind, an idea on how to get there with a strong resolve to achieve it, and yet, one person can never do it all alone. You still will need to build a team behind you to support you all the way.

In this panel discussion, we will be interviewing startup founders recalling their formative days in the business when they were out looking for suitable and capable people to work in their team and how did they go about identifying the right people and building a good working relationship with them.

  • How to find the right people and convince them to believe in your vision?
  • Able to form the core teams by business needs
  • Able to assess the soft and hard attributes when it comes to team building
  • Where to source the right talent and how much should you be paying them?
  • Ways to motivate your team

who Should Attend?

  • Startups founders looking to build a good team or expand on their current one
  • Business owners who are in the midst of recruiting and retaining talent.
