"Building and nurturing relationships is crucial for market entry and business expansion. Success in a new market requires thorough research, understanding of target customers, and knowledge of competition. Fostering internal relationships can lead to a collaborative and innovative culture, whilst well-developed external relationships with customers, partners, and investors pave the way for long-term growth."
