Harvey Ma
Harvey helps startups scale and grow, including fundraising advisory. Scale fundraise => scale => fundraise =>=> repeat. He also works with investors from multiple regions on various types of investment deals.
Harvey has 20+ years of corporate and startup experiences starting in the US then Asia. He is currently the Founder of Aedge Ventures, a venture builder specializing in scaling early to late-stage tech ventures in Asia, and Aedge Capital, which provides investment and fundraising advisory services. He is also the Managing Partner Taiwan for BlackStorm Consulting, focused on Southeast Asia market management consulting.
He was previously the head of the venture studio and finance at Nogle venture studio, and incubated a VC fund, network security company, crypto ventures, while managing portfolio companies in fashion tech, edtech, fintech, and gaming. In the past, Harvey has managed and scaled technology ventures throughout Asia as GM/Co-founder for HotelQuickly in Taiwan, COO/CFO for Moboo in Shanghai, Head of Operations for Rocket Internet’s Zalora Taiwan. He has also worked on M&A and investment deals with PwC US/China and China-listed Luolai Lifestyle throughout US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
