Darren Chua
Darren brings leadership & years of Tech and FinTech experience from across South East Asia, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He graduated from National University of Singapore with a Computer Engineering degree and a minor in Technopreneurship from Fudan University(Shanghai).
He is adept in providing leadership and effective management that results in high-impact Fin-tech & Financial platform services. He also has years of experience in the Hong Kong and Taiwan market in supply chain financing, FinTech/Solar Green Tech and ESG Impact Investing industry. He has recently exited a Renewable Energy Investment Platform (Lyght) based in Taiwan.
He has founded and led multiple companies and franchise businesses with an emphasis on technology and efficiency. Darren ran a successful women-only fitness franchise chain in Taiwan before exiting with his partners and entering the Indonesian market till present.
Darren is on the path to help achieve carbon neutrality through finance and renewable energy adoption. He currently runs The Ideal Space (Taiwan) which focus on providing “Space as a Service”all in one solution for business owners, SMEs and corporations.
Singaporean located in Taipei, Taiwan. Proud father of two boys.
