The questions of whether Intellectual Property registration is required, as well as what would be needed to prepare for hardware production and finally understanding the importance of product design will be covered in detail in this sharing session.

Meet the Speakers

Avienash Vilet 

Community Manager of Beyond4
Avienash Vilet is the Community Manager with Beyond4, working to enhance the experience of participant within the organization’s accelerators and build a community of collaborative founders, mentors and partners seeking to make the startup ecosystem within Malaysia more vibrant. 
He has previously worked within the aviation industry in a Communications role and has previously experienced founding his own startup. 

JC Tan

Senior Implementation Manager of Telesign 
JC Tan is an experienced technical consultant and system integrator who has worked in the Banking, Airline, Insurance and Telecommunication sectors across APAC. In enabling new products and solutions across ecosystems. JC has also collaborated with the prominent social media platform's within APAC to implement and localize solutions across markets. 
JC is skilled in understanding the operation's of enterprises and knows how to best fit product's and solutions into ecosystems not only from a technical perspective but also commercially, resolving both customers and end user pain points to ultimately bring value across any vertical.

Suresh Chidambareswaran 

COO of Bytespace 
Suresh is the co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of Bytespace, a startup offering IT Solutions and Software Solutions, including their CTO as a Service product. A trained Electrical Engineer from the Malaysian Military Academy (UPNM), he served in the Army until 2009, retiring at the rank of Major. He has spent the last 12 years building experience in the IT Services industry and has extensive knowledge on cloud-based products and services.
